Shipping charge ripoff. Tried to charge me an additional $ 46.00 ripoff

My brother sent me some herbal things to Canada and when it got here UPS tried to charge me a $ 46.00 brokerage fee on a 100 dollar item. I refused and now they have returned to my brother and trying to charge him the fee as well. Which he also refuses to pay. I guess that is a legal way to steal something. UPS will never again get any business from me or my family.
By The way UPS i get packages in snail mail all the time NO BROKERAGE FEES, it is not like your initial costs are not a ripoff already.

So Now I guess some UPS employee will have some nice free HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS
