Ripoff Fraudulantly Offers Well managed properties and willing to meet an individuals needs

Ever since our apartment complex has been taken over by Doorways properites, this place "Bella Sierra Apartments" on North Western Avenue. Has turned into a absoulute disgrace to live in. There is constantly trash litter every where, parties all night long, broken bottles, people climbing up the balconies. Etc. I personally have sent 10 Emails and several phone calls to report my Unbelievably loud upstairs neighbors I have been met with rudeness, lake of sympathy I have offered a soulution to my problem and was met with a smart remark. This property management has many properties across Sioux falls and There will be more complaints, These people have harrased me at work for the rent before the month was up. They have harrased other tenants at their place of employement also. You can never get a phone call returned by these people. I call all the time to report our unhappiness with the situation and never get a returned call. Our apartment complex looks like "The Getto", I have half the mind to report the unsanitary conditions to the city of Sioux Falls.
