Edp Reporting both of these companies charged my checking account and i did not authorize either of these cards, i can no longer use my checking account because of this. Ripoff

I had a very bad experience with both of these companies. I am 61 yrs old, and on a limited income and when this happen i immediately called my bank which in return will not help me. So i am out close to 300.00. These companies have to be stopped. I contacted both of them several times only to be told get a police report, which i have done, know its a wait and see thing.
I just hope something can be done to get my money back
