Kenneth Wayne called us to let us know we were approved for a grant anywhere from $25,000 to $325,000 so we could start a business. He took our $419.00 certified check and hasn't returned our calls in a month. I was told by the BBB that they're based out of Canada, and use a drop mail location in upstate New York to market in the US.
