I wrote the original review that was very bad. Since then, Bibbentucker's CEO has contacted me and offered to make it right—including reimbursing me for my very expensive pants. Given that this is very good follow-up customer service, I rescind my "frownie face" and give Bibbentucker's a thumbs up.
