Ripoff Sent Fraudulent W2 form and didn't pay wages owed

This guy takes the cake. I worked for him from August 24,1998 - May 28. Quit working for him and worked for 2 of his companies in that time frame. He did not pay wages for one of the companies. Got a determination from the Federal Government that I was an employee and he was to pay the Social Security and never did. I became self-employed June 1 and have been self employed ever since. On February 1 he sent me a W2 saying that I worked for him 2006 which I didn't.

He continues to be a bully and I turned so many stores over to him to sell art to and now he sends me a fraudulent tax form. I have turned this over to the IRS and the US Post Office for mail fraud charges and hope to get things right.

I had crappy attorneys who didn't fight to get my wages and now I way past the statutue of limitations. This guy has two companies - Independent Diversified Insurance Agency and Art From Montana.
