I have 2 chilren with Mr. Davis, we have been together for almost three years, off and on between us it would get really tough. He has beaten me half to death while i was pregnant with his children.

Toni benston had let us stay with her for almost 8 months, she was very nasty at time. She works and has sex for money. Lamont davis was told by family court he is not allowed to babysit or watch children.

They have been threatening to use the illegal handgun that is in the house right now to shoot me in the forhead. I am affraid he will hurt me. He has sent me to the hospital before with bruses all over my body.

I do have 5 people that have been there to back me up with the truth. He is watching some one else child when he has a neglect case against him. Everytime he sees me in the street, he comes to me and starts cursing, he is drinking too much on the weekends.

He is supposed to be taking his medication he got from his shrienk, mandated thru court neither one of us are in a mica formulated program. Mr. Davis is still wanted for questioning in another state for the murder of his mother, he has stated that he was supposed to register himself in NYC as a level 1 sex offender, he never did that as he stated once he got back here to nyc
