Alex Davis aka Ricky Davis from Pordav's / It's Fixed, was hired to fix an electrical problem at our rental house in Flint. Our renters' parent has known Alex most of her life. The renters have known him since they were very young.
His dad owned the business and now Alex runs it. Since he was recommended by them, we felt safe in hiring him.
He took $150 from us to fix the problem. We later found out, he was only there 10 minutes. Half the house lost it's electricity soon after.
He told us what he would have to do to completely eliminate the problem. This time he needed $350 more to fix another problem. We were leery, but again, the family knew him and therefore truted him, so we gave him the $350.
He has done NO work, will not answer his three phone numbers on his business card, therefore we have filed a court affidavit and claim.
