Rude, harrassing, threatening company for collection on student loans ripoff

This company has really pissed me off. I was in the process of making arrangments to start paying the loans off when some jerk-off named jeremy started calling me and threatening me. "you better talk to me before you file your taxes or else". Have your laywer call me.

Even after I explained I have had some serious health issues (i fought a small but scary battle with cancer) and i have not been able to work he said "well, you need to find some kind of employment so we can get this taken care of". What an ass!

To top it all off I just got a letter in the mail saying that edfund hired an outside vendor to collect my debt"osi"and they have gotten word that all of my information have possibly been leaked. They further go on to say"ed fund will pay the cost of a one year membership in credit managing agency. You may wish to review the consumer materials published by the ftc."

Are they trying to say something? They screwed up royally? For those of you that watch carlos mencia here's one for you. This company deserves a big"DEE-DEE-DEE". This osi crap company should be put out of business and with their giant screw up, we shouldn't have to repay these loans.
