Beth Standifer, was our tenant from hell! We were not her first! Ripoff

Beth Standifer was our "inherited" tenant from hell partly because she had every excuse in the book to not pay rent. She felt the world owed her because she had 5 children and a deadbeat husband. She did nothing to help herself and her children. She actually taught them how to be deliquents with no care to other people property, and no respect for themselves and how they live.

In the end we did get our rent money with the help of Housing and other charties she talk people into paying for her.

What she and her children did to the property was unforgivable!
What she did move out of the property she put in a very large pile for garbage that the neighbors rummaged through. To large for normal pick up.in the inside besides all the belongings and trash left behind, milk was poured over all the floors and left to rot along with food in the turned off and opened frig and frezzer. The basement was filled with boxs, bags, and piles of clothing and food from food pantry's. Charitable people donations gone to waste! The amount of garbage was overwelming! Live fish were left in an aquarium.
They distroyed most of the walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows. We had to almost gut and start over. It took us a year to complete.

Total damage came to $10,000.00. Judgement for $5,117.00 plus interest remains due since 3/30.
