Bottom Feeders that preyed on the fact that my mom is blind Ripoff

About two months ago. "Andrew Sitting" from the Collins Law Office called my blind hearing impaired mother and informed her about a past due account that was owed. He had information that he should not of had like my mom's social security number, old addresses of hers and my sister's name. He has since that day called my mother every day. He even knew my mom was in a law suite against a drug co. And was fixing to come into some moeny. He asked that my mom send her lawyer a letter telling him to pay thier co. Before she recieves any amount of moeny. My mom has been dealing with this alone for two months. She finally called me two days ago and informed me that they want her to send them a post dated check. I told her to not do that and if they call back to tell them I am handling all her finances. I did this because my mother is at her wits end and is on the verge of another heart attack. I called thier office twice but because it is the weekend it is closed. I left a msg. On thier answering service for them to talk to me. I am now waiting to hear from them. I am so glad I found this site. I have informed my mom to let the first thing out of her mouth when speaking to them next is that she is hearing impaired and that she would be taping thier conversation. The next thing should be she is giving me permision to handle all dealings with them and the next should be she will no longer speak with them to not call back there again. When they contact me I will let them know they won't recieve a penny and if there intent is to sue my mom. So that way if they are dumb enough to say so knowing they don't have a leg to stand on that I will make sure my mom files suite against them. I can't stand that they almost had my mom talked into sending them a post dated check because she is blind and hearing impaired and scaird. Well what they didn't figure into there little scam is that she has me and I am not a push over. Bring it on Moya S. Kovic (a.K.A. Collins law office), and Andrew Sitting. I will when they first contact me send them cease and decist letter but I was wondering what i could do to further insure that they leave my mother alone? She has already had a heart attack this year and is in no shape to be harrassed. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks. And Moya Kovic and your associates. Shame on you for harrassing a blind, hearing impaired woman in bad health!
