Rip-offs! Jake Draper published on this website that I would be refunded if I called the company and asked for "May." I was told to ask for "May." So, I called. Someone named "Lourdes" said that there were five (5) "Mays" at the company, but she could help me. When I asked about "May" again and again, Lourdes refused to transfer me, but she took my information, looked up my account, and indicated that there was no information in her system to show that I could get a refund. My account was closed. These people are rip-off artists, cons, liars, and are not to be trusted!
