Thought I was buying a one-time free credit report, jinxed into a one time $1.00 amount, then found $29.00 taken from my credit card Ripoff

Was to get a free credit report with $1.00 one time fee, only to find out that $29.00 is taken from my credit card.
Guess I didnt' read the fine print.
