Hsbc does not accept cash at its bank branches for payments ripoff

You would think a bank would be glad to take a cash payment. Not HSBC, they are in the stone age. The only bank I've ever heard that does not allow cash payments on bills. Is this the CHEESE SHOP that sells no cheese? Also look out for card offers if you get a car loan. They are from HSBC AUTO, and not payable at its bank branches. You can pay by phone or on line for up to a $20 processing fee! What a rip off! The U.S. Attorney needs to have Congress look into this operation. It is a scam! Attention all lawyers; I think I smell CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!
