Liar, fraudulent DEADBEAT DAD on disabilty so he won't have to pay IRS, child support or alimony, ripoff

Mark insist on his visitation which consist of me driving 40 miles to drop our son off and dad drives him over an hour for school which is 5 minutes away.
Dad refuses to take him to any after school activities, weekly allergy shots or help with his homework. He has his every Tuesday and Wednesday and every other weekend which he demanded the courts to give him.

The day of the dissolution he went out on disabilty and threatens if I am ever late or refuse his visits I will be drug to court on contempt. I have never ever denied him visitation and so he CONTROLS my every day living. He got violent with our 8 year old son at one custody exchange and when police were called they said they would take our son away from both of us as I was there... Well duh... It was a custody exchange.

So now he is over , 000 behind in support and alimony and I am now filing for public assistance to help pay for some food, clothing and the gas it takes to get his visits to the deadbeat guy who lives with and supports girlfriend #3 in two years. He also owns three cars, a Porsche, Corrado and now a BMW while mine broke down and I have to drive my dads car... For his visits and for me to get to work.

What is wrong with CA,, they want the deadbeats to walk and want us all on the system when Mark works for the Los Angeles Times for 17 years and gets paid $70.000 a year. The L.A. Times is not telling the District Attorneys office who is paying his disabilty they just say "He is on leave" which has been for four months now so they are protecting him from having to pay child support, alimony and the IRS which he owes over $15,000.
