Complete Aluminum is a complete rip off. They hired me on after 3 interviews, then terminated me 2 weeks later. They are family run and only care about family. I was told I was being let go to bring someone who worked there a year ago and was moving back to the area. The owner threatens your loss of job in creative ways during office meetings from day one.

The owner cut my salary from what we talked about in our interview by half before my first paycheck. Do not become an employee very tight with their money and only care about maintaining their lifstyle.
