Ron S Calderoni Owes over $5000.00 in child support to a disabled mom. Ripoff

Ron Calderoni owes over $5000.00 in back support and emotionally abuses his daughter. He hides income and it took over a year just to get "real" bank statements from him.

He is also trying to adopt a child with his new wife. Which is a wonderful thing to do; but... He needs to care for his current daughter first.

He verbally abuses her and tells her things like; I not available for you - If you lived with me, I would be your parent.

My daughter loves her father, but does not need him all the time. She's 15 y/o and only needs a father when she needs something. Same goes with me and my husband. We understand she needs her friends and social life right now, not us. Her father wants to control her and she will not tolerate his actions.

Our case in court has been in the family court system for over two years now. He IS NOT paying the appropriate amount of support, because he cannot show how much his side business generates (it's 90% cash). He went from paying $300.00 a month to $800.00 and has yet to make any attempts to pay back support.

Ron works for the City of Tampa and owns a parking lot business across the street from the Tampa Bay Bus stadium. His lot fits 106 cars/buses/RV's/Vendors. He charges $25.00/car. You do the math. But he says he only make $88.00 a year. But he does it because it's his passion. What about having some passion for you daughter!
