Mark Richardson, Richco, came into my life soon after my husband died. He was a contractor that worked on my house with his girlfriend, Kelly MacDougall.
We became friends and then we formed a partnership. I bought a flower shop in Waltham, Ma and they were managing it from 2/10/06 to 12/06 while i was working full time. I went to the shop on 12/26/06 to find out that Mark & Kelly stole everything from me, leaving me with a balance of minus $600.00 in my business account, applied for and received credit cards in my name without my authorization, my name owes the creditors over $135,000.00 Mark has runied my credit and my business. Mark and Kelly took my identity, my business, my website, my bank accounts, everything, left me penniless.

He has taken every piece of paper from my business including the previous owner's financial statements making it difficult for me to file. I cannot operate my business and have to close. I have no $ to pay my mortgage utilities, food and the basics to live, i am afraid that i will be out in the streeets. I live alone, and i am scared. I have been in contact with law enforcement and was told they could not help me because i was scammed big time. I cannot get legal representation because i cannot find an attorney that will do pro-bono. Mark & Kelly have been in contact with me to con me more. I confronted them about what had been done and they laughed at me and said they know and there is nothing i can do about it because they have all the documents. I am filling for bankruptcy and that is even difficult because i have no $ to pay the attorney. No one will help and no one cares i will be out on the street. I have contacted the three major credit bureaus, FTC, FBI, and all the credit card companies and explained my situation. The credit card companies really do not care, they just want their money. Everyday, m-s, i received phones call from them starting at 8:00am to 9:00pm. Discover card tops them all, they call me everyday at least 15 times day, non-stop. I am stressed/scared/confused and i cannot get help.
