Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

On 11-01-03 i was contacted by great expectation a dateting service i encountered on the web. They called me on my cell phone and instructed me to come in for a initial interview at first i was sceptical because they kept calling me for a week prior to me meeting with them the promised if i came in that they would do a personality profile and a picture video shoot so they made me a appointment. I kept the interview once there they took out a application and while i was filling out the application the gentelman assured me that if for any reason i was disatisfied with thier service i could cancel my membership and that i had at lest a grace period to do so he seemed to be honest so i thought i would give it a try since i was new to the atlanta area at the time. So i signed the agreement upon signing it he stated that another firm would do the financeing of our agreement than i took the pictures and paid a fee of 200.00 dollars he ask for my credit card also in doing so the name of my bank the next day i got to thinking about it and i decided not to accept thier services. So i spoke to one of thier representatives over the phone. And informing them that i had changed my mind and as to not waste thier time or mine i woild just take the 200 dollar, s lost it was only fair but then the next week they debited my account. So i called them again now they just could not accept it i dont want your bussiness the next month they tried to debit my account again this time i went to the bank and placed a stop payment order on them. Well the next thing they did was put my name in the credit bureau for 5 thousand dollars at first it was 3 thousand now it has risen to 6 thousand dollars and they never preformed one day of service to me i think this is a very dishonest act i spoke with one of the representative, s just yesterday and he was very rude and arrogant about this now they want to sue me for 6 thousand dollars but i told him on yesterday i will fight them all the way it is one thing to sign a agreement but it is also the great expectation part to be honest and not bow out of thier comitt ment as well and to deliver thier promises after the first debit they never called to set up another meeting which confirmed my belief, s that they are crooks
