Liar's And scam artists, Bottom feeders of the industry

I am a former emplyee that gave 9 years of loyal service to a group of people that would stabb you in the back as quick as you walked away. I was one of their top sales proffesionls if not their best. I was at the top of the leader board every month with the highest grosses every month except for a few.

If you have a family you would understand that they can become expensive. I would need a little help every month with advanxces on my commision. I always had enough to cover it with extra left over. It was a rut I couldnt get out of, the wife lost her job and made things allot harder.

I had to spend the night at the hospital with my son one Friday night and didn't get home until 7:00 am in the morn. I had to be to work by 8:30am and with no sleep I called the manager and got his voice mail. I left a message that I would be in around noon. I showed up at 11:00am and he told me it was slow to go ahead and go home, no problem I was tired and went home to go back to sleep.

That night was our Christmas party so the wife and I went to it to our supprise everyone was out to get plasterd and fights started through the night. We sat back and watched the fools act wildly and didn't say much. The manager kept comming over and putting me in a head lock telling me I was a lier. I told the wife we had to go before things got out of hand. I had been threatend by him once before.

Monday came around things were good until I came back from lunch, the manager who kept threatining me pulled me in the office and said they were letting me go due to upset customers and my production was slacking. Still the top seller I questioned him and argued the fact, he said take a week off with pay and come back with goals.

During the week I kept getting calls from co workers asking if I was let go due to a drug problem (cocain) is what they kept hearing. I weigh 260lbs and am 5'9" tall you tell me if that sounds like an addict.

I went to the manager and asked if this was true and he sat there and said nothing. I asked again and he said that that was not the case but he heard we were freebasing at the christmas party and the owner told him to let me go. I never left the table at the party and was quiet talking only to those sitting around me.
I feel I was wrongly let go and accused of something I was not doing. I also think they were in the wrong by not telling me the truth and being able to defend my self.

This company used to have a good name until the new owner took over. All the Rangers they sell claiming to be special editions straight from Polaris is false. The managers brother paints them at his body shop and the local decaler puts stickers on them.
