Ripoff I was ripped off because I did not know any better! Consumer fraud ripoff

I am legally blind and feel that I have been taken advantage of. I received the card today along with a catalog. When I found out what the credit limit was, I was literally shocked. I thought to myself, something is wrong. I decided to call the bank to ask questions.in my opinion, the card was only valueable for items in the catalog! Then I thought to myself, who in the whole is going to buy $5000.00 worth of these items? Something is wrong came to mind again. Then I decided to do searches on the Net. I accidently came across this Ripoff Website and became devastated. I paid them $49.00 and they cashed to check. Now, I am worried about them going into my checking account for unauthorized monies of which I cannot afford. I live on a fixed income. It will be too much of a hassle to change my checking account. Why does the government allow these scammers to operate and steal peoples monies? This is extremely devastating to me! I am going to call them on Monday because they have no customer service on the weekends, something else that is strange! I would appreciate it if you could respond to this report.
