Dead Beat Dad In The Military And Refuses To Support His Daughter, Tells Her To Go On Welfare

I am writing this rip off report against my ex-husband Nicolas Alan Augugliaro because it has been 9 years since we have divorced and he has not paid one penny in child support. He is in the military and it has been very hard to keep up with him moving and continueously volunteering to go overseas.

We were divorced in N.C. And it just so happens that they are one of the only states who dont stipulate any child support order in the final divorce decree. Not to sure of what to do now as far as getting him to pay what he owes to her. I think it is totally deplurable that he is representing this country and can not even take care of his only child. We need to have laws that are made to help out parent trying to do the right thing instead of protecting those who continueously do the wrong things.

The military is as much at fault here as these dead beat dads are, because they cover up for them and empower them to stay on the path of not paying to support the families they have created and they should be held responsible for contributing to the problem. Hopefully, someone soon will come up with a solution.
