AP9Galleria USA 1-800-411-8104 Fraudulently Billed my Visa $ 249.95

I just looked at my Bank of America Statement and found that I had been charged $249.95 for something from AP9GALLERIAUSA, what a shock! I had never contacted, clicked on a link to them, cashed a check from them or anyone else for that matter. I called Bank of A and was told that I should contact AP9GALLERIAUSA for a credit to my account. I called these people, told them that I wanted this charge remeoved immediatley (they must be used to this as they didn't question me about it) and I was told that the charge would be removed in 3 days... We'll see.

I've seen from other peoples reports that this is fairly common, in fact my wife found that they hit a Visa she had with Chase as well.

Just how do they do this?

I filled a complaint with the FTC, I don't know if anything will happen but something should. These bottom feeders and the companies like them must be ripping off the public for millions!

Isn't this a criminal act?
