I sent for a dvd saying i could make money in storage auctions

On 10-03 I mailed a money-order in the amount of $35.00 to this company for a dvd they had advertised in the small business opportunities magazine about how to make money in the self-storage auction sales. I mailed them a letter about two months after sending for my order and did not get a reply from them. On december 20 I sent a certified letter to this company and a few weeks later I received a return receipt (green card) from my reply from this company signed by (lindy paul). After this date I have not received my order nor heard from this company.
