Ripoff Threating To Sue For Unpaid Ambulance Bill Yet Won't Send Me A Summarized Bill

Received a phone call from a Boyajian Law Firm stating that I am being sued for an ambulance bill acquired in 2002.

I am not denying use of the ambulance, but kindly stated that the bill would have been paid a long time ago, had I ever received a bill. I assumed insurance had taken care of it. I also requested a summarized bill of who I owe, how much I owe, and to whom I owe, be mailed to me. I got a reply of "Well I can guarantee that won't be happening!"

I have been dealing with an Elizabeth. No last name has ever been given to me.

Threatening to sue me for a bill from five years ago. A bill I never got, therefore a bill I never knew I owed. Refusing to mail me proof that I owe anyone. Telling me to check my credit report because it's shot. (I did check, nothing has EVER been reported).

I'm not paying this thing... How do I even know I'm going to be in the clear after I send the money? Elizabeth replied with a "Well you'll know we got the money because it will say the cheque was cashed by "Boyajian Law Firm".

YES, I have no doubt that this shady company would infact be cashing the cheque... But are they cashing it to erase a debt that isn't showing up on my credit report, or are they cashing it to line their pockets with my money?
