Never got last check or escrow

I am a former employee of go trans. I quite back in august. I have never recieved my final check or my escrow. Now all us driver sign a contract that stated we would get our final check in 45days. I am no math wizz but I think thats longer than 45days

I even email Meredith Ressor who is in charge of payroll and I never got a responds back of any kind. So I will most likely never see my last check. Not to mince my 1099 was almost a month late getting to me.By law it is suppose to be post maked by Jan 1 not sometime in late Feb.
