Town & Country Escrow Corp send check $50 with 4 peoples name on it have be sign by 4 people sent it back ask for ck in just my name toni casity sends re issssue ck back with 4 people name on it that has be signed by all 4 again with letter say (I am returning the enclosed check to you to have signed and cashed.
