Horrible Pay, Lies, No Miles, Missing Pay, No Answers

Hello All... I Am Currently A Driver For Swift Transportation. Sadly To Say... I Wish I Would Have Found These Reports Before Joining The Company. The Fact Of The Matter Is That Swift Has Starving Drivers Out There, Lots Of Them. You See It At The Terminals, Truck Stops, Everywhere... And It Is Disgusting... You Can Obviously See That The Majority Have Given Up On Life, They Are Un Shaven, Their Clothes Are Dirty, The Black Bags Under Their Eyes Tell You That They Have Been Broken, Physically And Emotionally.

You See, The Reason We All Came Here Was For A Better Life, A Chance To Got Ahead, Maybe Put Something Away For That Boat Or Car We Have Wanted All Of Our Lives.instead We Get Treated Like Animals, And Slowly Have Everything Taken. My Experience Much Along These Guidelines...

I No Longer Have A Place To Live Besides My Truck, My Pickup Truck Is Gone, I Was Forced To Sell It When My Savings Account Was Depleted. EveryThing Else That I Once Owned Is Now Gone, My Motorcycle, Right Down To My Dignity. They Promise You The World, Good Miles And Decent Pay, I Got None Of Those Things. And Im Left With The Situation, Do I Quit? If So Where Will I Go? I Dont Have Enough Experience To Get On With Another Company... How Will I Get To A Regular Job? My Truck Is Gone... I Have No Money For A Deposit On An Apartment, Nor A Beat Up Old Vehicle To Get To A Job.

You Try And Call Payroll, And They Put You On Hold And Eventually Hang Up, This Happened To Of Three Times Today. My Driver Manager Is No Help. Payroll Doesnt Seem To Understand That I Can Add, And That I UNDERSTAND That Over $1100 Dollars Does Not Just Dissapear. No Answers, Just Lies And The Excuse That 'We Will Look Into It' And Three Weeks Later Still No Answers.

This Company Is Horrible, I Have Read Everyones Reports, I Do Not Doubt One Word Of It! For Anyone Interested In Going After This Company, I Know You Are Out There... My Email Address Is (REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)

They Figure We Will Go Quietly, Its Time To Stand Up And Saw Something My Fellow And Ex Drivers. Perhaps Maybe A Rally Outside The Phoenix Terminal, Go Right To The Heart Of The Operation... One Voice Is Rarely Ever Heard... Many Are...
