Paid me with a BAD check (account was already closed)

This individual's name (business) owner is Dare. He is 40 some year old, black male, who seems to be the nicest guy on earth, until it comes time to pay for the services you performed for his business.

He had a contract job in the Charlotte, NC area and I was to perform some computer work for him, which I did, for about 3 hours. He then paid me with a check (of which the account was already closed in his bank), thus in reality, I wasn't paid at all.

He finds his temp workers on Craigslist and then leaves them dry, when it comes time to pay. I have his phone number and I will be posting it soon.
