Ripoff illeagal withdrawal from my checking

I never heard of Seo Guide till I got my bank statement and saw they had withdrew $9.95 from my checking acct. THey won't answer my emails concerning this matter. They did not have my permission and I did not give them mycard number so how did they get into my acct.
