Dead beat dad raymond petitt owes mom/son over $8,000 in child support fees w/interest

Raymond L. Petitt lives in Vancouver, Washington. Though he was court-ordered to pay child support for his son, he has refused to stay current on his child support debt. The problem has lingered for nearly 20 years since having filed for divorce from him.

He has remarried and that relationship fell apart also, winding up in divorce, but he produced children from that marriage also. Raymond Petitt is currently due over $8,000 including interest for lack of obligated child support.

Now that the child is over age 18 the State of Washington is treating this obligation as a "debt" and they are doing very little to collect. The State and the Clark County, Washington Prosecuting Attorneys Office has done very little to rectify the situation stating that the child support due by Raymond will go to pay the minor children from other relationships still underage. They treat my son as if he is just some statistic and refuse to take further action.

I have contacted SupportKids.com but they did absolutely nothing on my case and when I again contacted them after they had my case for months, they said that Raymond's phone number and address are no good and are invalid. This is not true. Raymond just has a new victim girlfriend, a live-in fornicator probably making more unwanted and uncared for children.

All of Raymond's phone number and address information is valid and in tact, but he just tells his new flunkie girlfriend to tell anyone who calls that they have the wrong number and they don't know who he is.

Meanwhile, it is very hard to put a great son like the one I have raised on my own thru college and give him a great new start in life monetarily.

Ladies, young women, girls, be careful of the one you say "I love". What really do you love about that guy? Is he honest and loyal to you? Does he value honesty and a marriage commitment? Does he frequent the "CLUBS" a lot? Does he always want to be the center of attention or you don't know where he is when he is supposed to be somewhere?

If I could go back... If I could go back. I love my son dearly but knowing what I know now about life, there is no way that I would have even married Raymond Petitt much less have a child by him.
