Ripoff Stole Lied Mooched Run up a phone bill

Tiffany Clay aka Da Nyo ran up a $2000 cell phone bill about 3 years ago which she has never paid. She also stole DVD and Video games from my wifes and I home.

My wife filed a lawsuit against Tiffany and won. A payment plan was worked out through the courts and Tiffany was supposed to start paying in June of but has yet to make a single payment.

Since this she has claimed to not have a steady job, but some how has financed her way to run all over the country, bought a car and a laptop. Those are just the things we know about.

Even when she would admit to having a job she was never there long enough for us to garnish her wages. She would also promise to pay s when she got paid, it was the standard Oh I will send you a payment next week as soon as I get paid. Of course that never happened.

Before all of this she was our friend but all she did was mooch off of us. She had a job at the time but she was still some how always broke and needed money for gas and food.

Tiffany is also a compulsive liar. She claimed that her father was Irish, and even when so far as to say he was in the IRA. They were both born right here in the USA. She also claimed to have a heart defect, but in reality thats not true. She claims that her teeth are rotten because she doesnt have any enamel on them, but it looks more like she has meth mouth.
