Ripoff Fraudulent Tickets

Parking Voilations Bureau - city of Los Angeles is hounding me for a ticket issued on vehicle that is not mine!

The plate number listed on the ticket has the same numbers but in a different order = Dyslexia? (example: CA#Z#32# on the ticket, when my plate is CA#Z#23#).

The Vehicle make is correct, but the Color is not. I live in Central California, and was no where near Pacific avenue in L.A. When the ticket was issued.

I have sent pictures of my vehicle with plates showing, along with an explanation of the plate number mis-match.

I sent a stamped and DMV signed form from my local DMV declaring that the vehicle in question does not belong to me. The agent at my local DMV was quite familure with this situation, stating that he was seeing quite a few. He mentioned that he had heard of a CHP officer who was fighting frodulent tiktets issued to his personal vehicle!

PVB of Los Angeles does not appear to read their incoming mail. Nor do they have any contacts that do not end up in an endless loop, phone or web.

The letters I receive insist that "Failure to pay the citations could result in immobilization (booting) or impoundment of your vehicle". At this point I hope they do something, so that I can Sue the City of L.A.
