USA Credit ripped me off without any knowledge to me

USA Credit Took $149.95 out of my savings account without my permission. I have never even heard of this company. I looked up my account on line and found out that they had taken it. I tried to call this company and a recording said to try again later. I tried again later and I get the same response.
