This true story unfortanately is hard to believe. I started doing real estate investing three years back with a crook named Dana Pankey. I trusted this man completely due to the fact of him being a minister and Supreme Court judge.

Did several million in transactions with him and eventualy had him marry me to another crook by the name of Tracy Cathers. The marriage went south, and so did i, to a town in mexico to wait out the divorce. Two months into this mess Dana showed up to say he would save me and buy my house in Phx., since i was low on cash. We made an agreement for 100k and he would pay the loan off.

Well, like the idiot that i aparently am, i took the bait. I had my lawyer in mexico draft an agreement that he was to give my wife 50k towards future child support and the balance to me. I never recieved a dime and found that he paid 20k to my wife, forged my name to a deed and had a notary that he employed stamp it. When my wife found out she was to get another 30k, she turned in the notary and he lost his license. Now the home is on the market for 750k and the loan that was to be payed is 3 months behind, ruining whats left of my credit. Also, just for laughs i will tell you i just got out of jail due to the fact my wife did not report the 20k to the state for the child support, so yes i am an idiot. Take Care, Derek Everson
