Fraudulent land sales, takes money no deed or defective deeds, woodlands

This company is using KOA lake Livingston as a vehicle to get prospective buyers to the subdivision and sell them property while fully aware that there are liens on the property. They take your money and either give you a fake deed or none at all. An estimate of the people they have ripped off has been around 150-200 people and a dollar amount would have to be close to $500,000 or more. Once they get all they can, it seems no one has any answers and they quickly make it appear that they have "cleaned house" and start another company. My wife and I have been robbed and other innocent people have been robbed and now we are told that it is up to us to sue the individual that took the money and they have no responsibility in the matter, but they are standing behind us all the way. Yeah right.

I can't imagine that KOA campgrounds gets involved with these type of people and subject their customers to this type of activity. They have been notified over 6 months ago and continue to ignore the situation. There has been another person that took this case to the district attorney almost a year ago and had valid proof of wrong doing and nothing has ever been done. I guess it's still the "good ole boy" mentality in Trinity Texas. Adventure Development and Port Adventure Partners YOU SUCK AND REMEMBER WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND. For the person that took the money WATCH YOUR BACK... I am coming after you and you will be jailed!
