CIC Triple Advantage
Overdrawn at the bank because of $20 ISF due to their withdrawal

My husband is 78 and I am 76 and must live very frugally. We have need of some expensive medical equipment so I was trying to find our credit standing.

As I was filling out the form for CIC Triple Advantage, whose ad said that it was free, I came to the part where the money joined
the application and I quit right there and did not complete the form nor give them an account number so I don't know where they got it.

Yesterday I got a note from our bank that we are overdrawn and now we must pay an extra $20.00 because CIC withdrew more than we had. I have a bad heart and it almost failed me right there.

It's impossible to get in touch with them and thankfully I saw the info about consumer complaints.

If they continue to take this out every month I truly don't know what we can do except cut back on a few more things.

The credit union said that they cannot put a stop on their taking
our our money.

Someone please help if you can. Please.
