Waste of time/I am not sure what their job is?

I am sure I will not tell the whole thing.
We are the grandparents of two wonderful children. The children are from our son's first marriage. Our older son is now with the mother of our grandchildren.

The older son has been reported to the CSB twice now for touching the little girls in the wrong way.
The first child is from this person's (caryn) first marriage. That child was removed from the home by the father and there was no other action taken. The father did not want to out the child thru a court.
The second child that accused the person is from our son's marriage.

This child is autistic and very behind where she should be. She is 10 but thinks like she is 4. CBS was contacted and they opened a case file. We have been trying to get answers from them since. They have told our son that they do not know if there was a lie detector test given or not. They have decided to close the case.

The child told the report to the school and that is how this came about. Gee! ~ if she told a neutarl person this was happing... You would think they (CSB) would look at it very deeply. So' really they have injusticed the child. She is still in the home with the person accused.

Now, the mother (caryn) is withholding visits to our son. She has played all kinds of games with him and the children. I think she is withholding the visits because she does not want the children to tell our son what is going on in the house.

CSB has basicly told us the laws are on the side of the mother. That is stupid. You figure out how that is right? Should the law not be on the childs side?
Needless to say CBS is a useless place to report any kind of complaint.
