I would greatly appreciate any help in locating my husband. He may be in the Las Vegas area still or he has moved up to northern Utah (maybe Riverton and surrounding area). He is approaching back child support in an amount that is a felony in the state of Nevada. He works in the construction industry-17 years in concrete experience alone.

He has eluded the Nye County District Attorney's office (Child Support Division) and his attorney (we are divorcing) will not give up his whereabouts unless he wants to start child visitation again (it's been almost one year since he saw our children or called them). He has a child support order also in the state of Utah—which I understand payments are sporadic at best for his first ex-wife.

I cannot obtain any information from the Utah Child Support Division to help locate him since I am only his "wife"-hmmm? Nye County District Court held him in contempt and slapped his hand (his appearance was excused by his attorney stating Arthur had just started a new job and couldn't get time off for a subpoenaed court date) and sent me away empty handed in October. Two days after that court date he didn't have a job!

For five months prior to this court date, Arthur claimed he couldn't find a job in construction in the Las Vegas area, thus he paid me $0 in support. He also has a misdemeanor battery charge on his record—from a child visitation gone wrong in early 2006. If he's not working in concrete, he can also frame houses, do brick work, and mechanic. He is the master of side jobs as well. Any information leading to his whereabouts would be much appreciated. Thank you!
