Ripoff Scam company looking to rip people off! Lagos

I am writing because I have come to show that David Pickard and his "co-workers" are definitely scam artists. They or someone they set to do it sends you traveler's cheques and promise to giive you 10% or the money to cash them and send the rest of the money via Western Union. Many people have done this and by the time the money is sent to these men they find out that the cheques have not cleared the bank due to fradulent purposes!
