Leon Tholson stole over $300 worth of my computer equipment delivered by USPS Ripoff

Starting on January 5th and still continuing, Leon Tholson has been stealing my mail. USPS sometimes leaves the packages outside of my apartment door. I checked the tracking numbers and they say the packages were delivered, but I never saw one of them. Leon lives in the apartment right across the hall. As soon as he sees a package, he takes it. I set up a trap and put a package outside my door last night. I waited until I saw the package move and opened by door. I caught him red handed. I have turned him into the police. I have turned him into the Postal Inspectors. He is currently on probation and suspected of a few other things that would violate his probation. I want my stuff back. I bought various pieces of computer equipment on Ebay and paid for them through Paypal using my credit and debit card and in one case an international money order.
