Rip off dishonest fraudulent billing

The wachovia account I have stated that I have a 25. Oo over draft from columbia house and i have not orderd anything from them for 25.00. They should not have access to go in to your account with out your permission. If i did order something from them i dont mind paying for it! But i didnt. I am not paying whachovia money back i didnt take.
