Ripoff None compliance with advertised product

I ordered 6 pasta express on 11/18/06 and was to get 2 free. The discription of the above product included a cookbook. I finally received all of the pasta express, but received no cookbooks. I called and finally got ahold of someone and was told they would be mailed and I would be receiving them before Christmas. I called the first time 12/8/06 and was told I would receive them the next week Monday or Tuesday. I called again on 12/14/06 and spoke to a Jerry and was told my request had been received and again it would be the next week before I received the cookbooks. I have tried numerous times since then to call and to email and I was unable to get through and their is no email anymore for this company. I spent over $83.00 for these past express and I would like my money back. I know that is highly unlikely, but they have not provided me with what their add stated and that is the reason I went with this company. Please see if you can help me with this matter.
