I was assured that it would be here on time, if you try to call the company no one ever answers the phone

On december 14 i ordered an atv (4wheeler) for my son for xmas.

I was assured that it would be here ontime, however,
i didn't receive it until january 4.

I made several attempts to contact the company and i got no response. If you try to call the company no one ever answers the phone. This atv came with no instructions and the atv does not appear to keep a charge.

The hemet i ordered is the wrong size. My son has a 4wheeler outside that he cannot ride.
