Deadbeat dad wants all the rights but no responsibility

Pete was court ordered to pay 75.00 in child support 10 years ago. This was for one child when we went back to court he had no job and for the second child the child support was not raised to date he owes 14,000 approx in back chiild support is now saying that he's disabled and plays the part in court but has been denied by disability at least 15 times. At the boys ball games he does not play the disabled act and drives hundreds of miles, climbs bleachers, jumps up and down, bends squats fastens catchers gear ect. This man not only is trying to fraud me but also the tax payers of the United States.

This man also has been busted for illegal drugs at least 2 times in the last 6 years. And was able to pay probation charges and court costs which would amount to two years of child support with no problem, also has no difficulty going to court and hiring lawyers to attempt to get custody of the boys. Has hired lawyers 4 times in the last two years, recently hired a lawyer from out of town to represent him in the last charge of nonpayment of child support.

This Christmas he was able to buy my oldest son a xbox 360 and a stereo for the youngest. Has no difficulty buying all sorts of gifts, paying for motel rooms to stay where we live ect. But cant manage to come up with 150.00 a month for his child support. We live 106 miles away and his2 to 3 trips he makes from there to watch ball games ect and stay in motel rooms here would easily pay his support plus some. I m tired of supporting him through my children thanks
