Agreed to payments and then issued repo Ripoff

Due to several unfortunate problems not only financially but physically I fell behind on my payments requested time to pay off back amount owed or payments at $200.0 per week was told that was okay made my weekly payments for approximately 6 weeks received a call yesterday from a man who said he was a reposser and has had an order to pick upo my truck for a month. They also harras my mom with continous calls even though we had worked out payment arrangements. I told them I only needed payment arrangements until tax return was received and then would catch up total arrears. How can they have an order out for repossesion if they made an agreement with me.
