Sold me TWO brand new broken dishwashers and refused to refund the second one Ripoff

I bought a Whirlpool Silent Partner II from Appliance Smart in Norcross, Georgia. It's apparently a sratch-n-dent type of store, however they claim that most of their products are brand new and in working condition. I had to pay to get the dishwasher delivered and once I did receive it, we had it hooked up and it didn't work. We called the company as they said the would exchange if the appliance didn't work and they made us go through whirlpool to have someone come out and fix it. It turned out that whirlpool couldn't fix it so we called the company to have it exchanged. They actually did good on this, they sent someone to deliver the new one. However the company they sent did not take the old one. So, we had the "new one" hooked up and it didn't work. Another brand new broken dishwasher. We went through the whole process again and the company claimed that if we wanted a refund for the second one, that WE needed to bring them back. I thought that was a bit odd, being that it was their fault they sold me a TWO broken dishwashers and refused to have someone come out and look at them. They even had the nerve to tell us that we hooked it up wrong. So, I refused to take them back and had someone come look at this dishwasher. It was hooked up properly and the actually dishawasher had faulty parts which were replaced. I'm still waiting for them to come and pick the other one up, which I refuse to take back. I have a refund receipt for that one. I just wanted to report this because they claim to have such a good warranty and that they will work with you if you have problems, but they don't. They avoid the situation and refuse to solve the problem so that they don't lose money. Buyers beware. There are numerous Appliance Smart stores nationwide, If you wouldn't like a headache like I had, I would avoid giving them business at all cost.
