Three Brothers Moving & Storage
Furniture held hostage untill we paid double the quoted amount Ripoff

Miscellaneous

We have tried to resolve this issue through our lawyer. However, the expense thereof would turn out to be more than what was stolen from us.

Simply put we were quoted a price and then charged twice that amount in the name of overtime. Overtime was NEVER mentioned from day one when we contacted the company about their services. Nor was the posibility of us incuring overtime listed in either the price quote or the contract. We actually have two copies of our signed contract. One without overtime charges listed and one with overtime listed after it was signed! We had our furniture held hostage, our money stolen and had to endure a company representative screaming at us like we were dogs during the whole exchange. We feel totally screwed and helpless. We've sent them two Certified letters (to the address listed everywhere for them) only to get them returned marked "Forwarding Order Expired."
