Unusual Ripoff/false online advertisment: I was under the impression that Merrick Bank could help me establish my poor standing credit.

They charged me a fee just to have their credit card which is legal but it seemed to me to always be increasing.

I began with a limit of so many dollars and paying each month but the amount just kept escalating until it would take me many years to pay off what they claim I owe.
