Unauthorized Credit Card Charges ripoff

I just recieved my credit card statement today and there is a couple Nov. 19, $ 16.95 charges made by the WC Value Plus. I don't know this merchant and I never did make a ny dealing with this company (I they Ever Exist). I scan the web and found out that I'm not the only that this merchant is trying to rip off.
